Directions
Use Self Esteem Synergy in an inhaler or dilute at 3-5% in a roller bottle for on-the-go courage.
This blend also makes a great addition to body wash and lotions. Diffuse to create an uplifting atmosphere at home or the office. For children ages 2 through 10, dilute to 1-2%.
