|Can I return an item?
|On the off-chance that you’re not loving your yarn, it may be returned within 60 days of purchase with receipt for store credit. However, store credit will not be given unless your yarn is in an acceptable state for Knit & Pearls. This means that it must be in its original condition, free of odor and all around not gross. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns.
There are no returns on discounted or sale yarn, books, patterns, kits and Yarns to Inspire. Class fees are not refundable unless class is cancelled by Knit & Pearls. This is an important paragraph, and we will point this out to you if you ask for a refund on any of the items stated above. So for the sake of not looking silly, keep this in mind when making a purchase!
