Mitten Class (2025)
There is nothing like a nice pair of warm winter mittens. This class will teach you the basic construction of a mitten…cast on and cuff, thumb gusset, putting thumb gusset on hold, hand, and thumb. Once you have mastered these mittens, you can also have fun with colorwork, texture, cables & embellishments!

Materials Needed (bring or buy at the shop):
- Download free pattern on Ravelry: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/the-worlds-simplest-mittens
- Decide on yarn weight (recommend worsted or chunky)
- Yarn & needles to get gauge
Skill Requirement:

Must be comfortable knitting small circumferences in the round (i.e., DPNs, Magic Loop). Must know how to fix basic mistakes.
