Basic Hat
Hats are so much fun to knit (& make great gifts). Once you get the basics, you can play with color, texture and techniques. In this class you will learn how to knit in the round, decrease for the crown and transition to either double points or magic loop to finish.

Materials Needed (bring or buy at the shop):
•Download free pattern on Ravelry: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/seamans-cap
•Worsted weight yarn (@220 yards)
•Needles
-16” fixed circular in needle size to get gauge (main needle)
-16” fixed circular one size smaller than gauge needle
-Double Point Needles (DPNs) or 32” fixed circular in main needle size
