The Dots Cowl is made using Double Knitting, a reversible colorwork technique where you knit with two strands held together creating a double-think fabric. In this class you will learn the double knitting technique in the round and reading the charts. (Note: this class is two sessions)

Pre-work: • Make a swatch (21 sts & 26 rows = 4”/10 cm in stockinette st ”) • CO 100 stitches in main color
Materials Needed (bring or buy at the shop): • Purchase & download pattern from Ravelry: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/dots-cowl. •Yarn: DK or light worsted weight yarn. Two colors: 175 yds of MC, 150 yds of CC. • US 5 (3.75 mm) circular needles, 16-20” (or needle to obtain gauge) •Stitch markers
• Must be comfortable knitting in the round on a fixed circular needle.
