Make A Sweater That Fits

Have you ever knit a sweater, carefully following the pattern, only to discover that it doesn’t flatter you? Or even more heartbreaking, it doesn’t fit the way you hoped it would?  It’s happened to all of us, and the problem isn’t your knitting or your body, but the fact that patterns are designed to fit an “average,” and we are all unique!

Learn how to take accurate measurements, compare them to a pattern you want to make and adjust the pattern so you’ll love the result.  Bring a pencil, a tape measure, and a sweater or vest pattern that you want to knit and we’ll talk about fit, pattern schematics, adjusting the math, and more.

You’ll leave with greater confidence that you can create a piece you’ll reach for again and again.
